What to Expect

During the class, you’ll prepare a classic sea salt focaccia, a fragrant mixed herb focaccia, and a vibrant tomato and red onion focaccia. Along the way, you’ll explore the fundamentals of dough mixing, fermentation, stretching, dimpling, and achieving the perfect golden crust.

Whether you’re completely new to bread making or looking to build confidence in the kitchen, this relaxed and interactive workshop will give you the skills to recreate authentic focaccia at home. Leave with freshly baked breads, practical baking knowledge, and plenty of inspiration for future creations.
