The Pastry Academy: Class Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms
The Pastry Academy requires full payment for all classes at the time of online booking.
Cancellations
As of January 2025, we will no longer be processing refunds but we are very happy to swap class bookings to the next available class date within a maximum period of 3 months, valid from the date of booking.
Class Transfer Requests
– Students may request to transfer to a different class date or course
– A £2.50 administrative fee applies to all class transfers
– Transfer requests are subject to class availability

The Pastry Academy reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. All bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.
