Chef Graham will show everyone how to make the perfect profiterole.
All our classes at The Pastry Academy involve hands-on learning. Each person will be making and creating their own profiteroles.
You’ll begin by learning how to make a basic choux pastry before progressing to learning how to pipe. Chef will also demonstrate how to make pastry cream into Crème Diplomate for the profiterole filling and then finally, how to finish off your delicious patisserie creations with caramel and hot chocolate sauce.
