Having had a fabulously fun evening filled with banter and precision learning, you’ll leave this class with a Sutherland’s presentation box of deliciously moreish, hand-made macarons.

Designed for complete beginners, Chef Graham Sutherland will guide you through the process of macaron construction.

Everyone will start with weighing out their own ingredients, progressing on to whisking their meringue. Chef will show and guide you on how to fold all the ingredients together using the Macronage Technik - to create the perfect mixture for piping.
